Title: Professional Long-course Triathlete
Despite coming from a collegiate rowing background without any real swim, bike, or run training, I've come a long way as a triathlete in a short period of time. One of the keys to my success is an attention to detail. An engineer by trade, I believe that by focusing on a lot of seemingly small aspects of something, you can create big changes. Whether it is the equipment I use, the way I approach my training and recovery, or the food I eat, everything is worth considering seriously. This approach has carried me from being a total newcomer to the podium of an Ironman faster than I ever thought possible.Vega is a product built around these same principles.
