Over the last 15 years I have trained more than 700 high level athletes from nearly 20 different sports. I am the chief training advisor for Men's Fitness magazine and have also authored over 200 training articles for other fitness related websites and magazines such as Men's Health, Maximum Fitness, MMA SportsMag, Today's Man, Muscle and Fitness Hers and Shape.

I have written four books on fitness and have been interviewed on over fifty different radio stations to discuss my innovative training methods.

The subject I am most passionate about discussing these days is how easy it is to improve muscular size, strength and performance on a vegetarian diet. For years I thought this was impossible, so I consumed meat and dairy and recommended that all my clients do the same. Since saving the environment is very important to me I finally decided to give the vegetarian lifestyle a try. I dropped all animal products cold turkey over a year ago in an effort to improve my health and to eat for a better world.
