Title: CEO of NAT Inc. and Racecar Driver Manager
I began running in 2001 and managed to carve out a 4:37 marathon in my first attempt. Over the next few years, and 14 marathons later, I have managed a new personal best at each event, including a 3:07 in 2005. There is little doubt that I'm now in the best shape of my life. Great equipment, great information and a great diet (including Vega) are my tools to get me there, and hopefully even beyond.
Brendan Brazier’s book “Thrive” is one of those books that goes beyond plain theory of performance, and gives you hard data and facts, backed up by research references as well as the performance results of an amazing athlete. I''ve always wondered how guys like Brendan can run they way they do, way up front, when I''m giving it 100% and am miles behind. This book may or may not help you find breakthrough physical performance, but if you don''t read it you are certainly missing some solid perspectives on the subject.
Vega just feels like the right product to use, if you're really serious about your health and fitness. There are a lot of health food products out there, but I can't think of one that makes so much sense and leaves me with such a feeling of satisfaction after drinking it. I've spent a lot of money researching what fitness and diet is right for me, and when my training gets going, Vega is definitely a part of what makes me a better runner. I almost don't want to tell my running buddies about Vega, it's that good!
