I have competed Nationally and Internationally for the past 25 years. Some recent titles are *1st place Senior Worlds South Africa 2006, *1st place Pan Am Championships Mexico 2006, *1st place Ski Nautique Big Dawg Series California Stop 2006, *3rd place Senior Worlds Mossiac France 2004 as well as multiple National and Provincial medals.
My diet is very important - I do not eat dairy and limit all red meat. I have found the Vega Meal replacement and the Vega bars are a great way to get a balanced meal and very nutritious snack.
