High in antioxidants and flavanoids, these bars help reduce free radical damage in the body and improve cellular recovery.
In a food processor, process all ingredients except the buckwheat and fresh blueberries. Knead buckwheat and berries into mixture by hand. Roll out with a rolling pin (put wax paper on top to prevent mixture from sticking to rolling pin) to desired bar thickness and cut into individual bars. As the bars dry they become easier to handle. Makes approximately 12 1¾ ounce bars.
