A team of intrepid young Canadians began a self-supported, human powered expedition from the South Pole to the North Pole in January. Their 28,000 mile/45,000 km journey—by foot, ski, bicycle, kayak and canoe—will be fuelled (in part) by Vega Whole Food Health Optimizer and Energy Bars.

If successful, the team will be the first in the world to achieve this remarkable feat. But their true objective is to explore the frontiers of ecological sustainability and share their experience with the world through the wonders of multimedia on the web.
