Ultramarathoner, nordic skier, and Vega ambassador Jack Cook took home 1st place at this year's Death Race, an intense 120km marathon and one of Canada's most esteemed long-course races. Jack tells a compelling story of his struggle to cross the finish line first in his online blog:
"Coming into transition, Shauna was back, and I made the comment, "problem solved", and she replied, "not quite, Darin is only a minute behind you", "seriously, doesn't he know this is my race", I said with a smile and took off like a shot looking to make time time on the final leg."
